Can I call outside office hours?

Yes. Our emergency line runs 24/7. Out-of-hours work is charged at different rates, which we'll explain before we start.

Do you work on equipment you didn't supply?

Yes. Our engineers service and repair all major catering and laundry brands.

Can you look after several sites?

Yes. We can set up per-site or consolidated invoicing, and our online portal keeps the records for every machine.

Do I have to buy the equipment outright?

No. We offer leasing, rental and finance as well as outright purchase.
