Do you repair equipment you didn't supply?

Yes. Most of our repair work is on machines somebody else installed. We work on all major brands, including Falcon, Lincat, Hobart, Hoshizaki and Retigo in the kitchen, and Electrolux, Girbau, Schulthess, Primus and IMESA in the laundry.

Do you work outside normal hours?

Yes. Our emergency line is open 24/7, and we can attend out of hours. Out-of-hours work is charged at a different rate, and we'll tell you what that is before we come out.

How quickly can you get to us?

That depends on where you are and what cover you have. Response times are agreed as part of each maintenance contract, so if speed matters to you, a plan is the way to guarantee it.

Do you cover my area?

We're based in Burscough, West Lancashire, and our engineers cover Lancashire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester and the wider North West regularly. We also work for customers right across the north of England and nationwide.

Can you look after both the kitchen and the laundry?

Yes. That's the point of Ultra. One team services both, so you have one number to ring, one service history and one invoice.

Are your engineers qualified?

Our engineers are Gas Safe registered and qualified to 18th edition for electrical installation. They're DBS checked, and we carry £10 million public liability and £5 million employers liability cover. We're also Constructionline Gold accredited.

Is it worth repairing, or should we replace?

Sometimes a repair is the right call and sometimes it's throwing good money after bad. We'll give you an honest view either way, with a price for both if you want to compare. If you replace, we can supply, install and offer leasing or finance.

An engineer diagnoses the problem on site and tells you straight what's wrong, what it'll take to fix and what it'll cost, before any work starts.

We fix it

We carry parts for the brands we look after, so most repairs are finished in one visit. Where a part has to be ordered, we tell you when it'll arrive and come back to fit it.

Repair is logged

Every visit is logged against the machine, so you've always got the service history, and certificates come to you with the job report.
